What our customers have to say

Real families, real pools

From our initial design consultation through to the final installation, our experience with Masterbuilt Pools was outstanding. Every member of the team played a part in making the purchase and installation of our pool feel easy, well organised and genuinely exciting. It was fascinating to watch the project come to life - from the first mound of earth being turned and the hole being excavated for the pool shell, to the expert positioning and installation of the pool itself. The team’s skill, care and attention to detail were evident at every stage.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Masterbuilt Pools Bundaberg and our recent pool installation! From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional and stress-free. The team were fantastic to deal with, keeping us informed throughout the entire process and making sure everything was done to a high standard. Their attention to detail, workmanship and commitment to getting everything right really stood out... We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new pool – we’re absolutely thrilled with ours! 🏊‍♂️☀️

Thank you for a fantastic experience!! From the first meeting, we were impressed by Bex, the salesperson. She was knowledgeable and provided a competitive quote on the spot. The site plan was completed the following Saturday and submitted to council on Monday. Communication was fantastic from the friendly professional team, and we had our beautiful sparkling pool just in time for Christmas. We highly recommend Masterbuilt pools Bundaberg.
